What is the key to living a HAPPY life?

My dad always sends me forwards of these inspirational videos. Out of all the crap he sends me, these are my favorites. They are just a few minutes long, and have, what I think, very good ideas. Here is the latest one that just spurred my delve into happiness. Simple Truths I mean, what a smart and creative little kid to throw a crumpled up ball instead of the folded airplane! This is why I enjoy being a teacher. Enabling children to be creative and happy makes me feel good. It's not easy to remember this all the time. While the kids are screaming, not listening to you, drawing on the walls or wiping their boogers on you, sometimes I just want to scream. The next email I opened was Explore. A film about happiness. A man from India who drives camels and his humble opinion about happiness. How can we be happy? Words make it sound so easy..... Choose happiness. If you want to be happy, be.~Leo Tolstoy Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. ~Abraham Lincoln If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. ~Dalai Lama (typical) Happiness is nothing more than good health and a bad memory~Albert Schweitzer So what is the problem? Why are so many people unhappy? Why am I finding websites for books you can buy to learn how to be happy? Seriously, pay $200 and YOU can be happy too! Who am I kidding? It is hard. I dont think it should be, but I struggle too, realizing everything is OK! I found peace of mind in meditation. Works for me. I'll have to charge you for that. $10 bucks will do. Be peace and happy!

I would gladly pay $200 if I really thought it would make me happy, haha. Until then, eh, pilates and yoga and good foods.
